Citiesinvest.com will be launched during January 2010 as the first global property sales business specialising only in city located properties around the world. Only properties with a reliable rental yield or good projected capital return will be considered for listing. This will ensure that buyers will regard Citiesinvest.com as the first natural stop for high performing properties.

The Website

The website affords the developer a reasonable number of uploads. We may, at some point, place limits on the number of uploads. The developer will upload data entry of products and press releases themselves. Third party links are prohibited. All press releases will be displayed on the site's News sections. This will be a key feature, searchable according to date, city & development. Cities invest will also display its own (and third party) informative news articles. We may identify which developments have an industry standard Due Diligence (DD) kite mark.

The Founders

Citiesinvest.com is founded by Steve O’Connor and Peter Mustafa. Steve has 7 years high level experience in management and sales within the overseas property exhibitions industry. Peter is a founding member of FOPDAC; Director of propertiesabroad.com and UK Operations Director for Monte Pego.com. Peter has 25 years of high level experience in the overseas property industry.
